Blog assignment 2: Form vs. Content, Representational, Abstract, Non-Objective, Icon or Iconocloast

Today we are going to take a look at 6 different Artistic terms and try to better understand them by looking at examples of each.
1) Form vs. Content - "Bouncing Ball: a study of trajectory" by Etienne-Jules Marey
2) Representational - "Yosemite Falls" by Albert Bierstadt
3) Abstract - "The Flame" by Jackson Pollock
4) Non-Objective - "Airplan Flying" by Kasimir Malevich
5) Icons - "Christ on the Cross" by Michelangelo
6) Faith Ringgold's "The Flag is Bleeding"
